FamilyFest moved to Arena

Because of flooding along the bike trail, today's FamilyFest will take place at the Sioux Falls Arena and Convention Center parking lot. The event originally was to be held at Yankton Trail Park. The new festival this year will be held from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and provide information and services to families on a number of topics through a vendor fair.
